Strollers + Squats + Sistas...OH MY!

Life changes quickly! It's really amazing! A few weeks ago I was thinking about/working on transitioning from my current line of work, and now I am full force running with the idea and making new things happen!

On of my biggest passions in life is helping other women, but especially mamas, get or stay fit and healthy. Educating women on strength and helping them find their inner goddess puts the biggest smile on my face. I love it! So because I believe you should find or make work that you are passionate about, this is what's about to happen!

I am starting a Mama's workout group for drop-in bootcamp this summer. Whether you are a new mom or a mom of many, or multiples, or adoptive mom or foster mom, this class will be for you. Maybe you work from home and your kids are in school or childcare, or maybe you stay at home and have the kids and need help getting out and getting moving. THIS CLASS IS FOR YOU! Kids are welcomed, of course. Strollers and baby carriers will be encouraged but expect a good workout for mom too. Check out our "Strong like Mom" programs for all the details!

With 4 years of coaching exeperience as a Crossfit coach and 8 years of movement experience as a licensed massage therapist, I am so excited to work with amazing MAMAS. I am so excited to announce more details as they emerge. Keep your eyes on the blog and see all the fun as it unfolds!
