Mom and me MoveFit

All "Strong like Mom" MoveFit classes are "small human friendly", so there are no excuses when it comes time for your health.

 

Our small group setup will allow you plenty of help with movement, form, and keep you safe while enjoying fitness with your friends and small humans!

 

45 minutes of warm up, mobility, body weight strengthening movements and HIIT (high intensity interval training) portion,  & cooldown.  

 

Stroller, baby carriers, or pack n' play welcomed.

Bring a water bottle and a yoga mat as well.

 

May classes meet at Casa Linda Park on Monday and Friday mornings at 9:30am. $10 drop in rate per class.

 

Please fill out the registration form and waiver here before attending class.

 

**For our working Mamas,

we are working on an evening/weekend option as well.
